Meet Waylon!

A sweeter boy, you will not find! Waylon is quiet and gentle, yet has a playful and spunky spirit when it comes to toys and playing! He LOVES squeaky toys. He will play a little fetch or take them outside. He is also known to pull stuffing and squeakers out at times!

Waylon is very respectful in the house and does not need to be kenneled when left alone. If he does need to be kenneled, he will go in with a treat and whine at first. He is fully housetrained as well.

Waylon also enjoys going for daily walks and walks well on a leash. He also loves his foster's fenced yard and running around in it, but it's not necessary for him to have a fenced yard.

This little guy LOVES kids and is good with other dogs too although he prefers to play with his toys and snuggle with his people. Waylon has not been around cats to our knowledge, but cannot imagine he would have any issues with them.

This little guy is going to be a great addition to any home!

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
