Description:

The candy shop litter came as a bit of a surprise when Momma Briley came into rescue expecting! These pups have been well cared for and are as sweet as the candy they are named for. They have been growing and learning everyday and are now ready to find their perfect homes.

Twizzlers aka Stella,

Stella is a very friendly pup! She gets along with dogs, cats, kids, and currently lives with all 3. She is 95% potty trained and is quiet in her crate when we leave for work.

If you're looking for a puppy but not wanting a ton of energy then Stella is the girl for you. She loves to play but also loves to cuddle and is easy going. She does need some work leash walking and basic commands but is eager to please.

*Note* Pups this young should not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time to help them with potty training and socialization*

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
