Description:

Lanigan is a pup as spunky and playful as his name!

He spends most of the time doing just that...playing and wrestling with our household dogs, fetching with his human pals and when everyone else is tired he goes to the toy bin and plays by himself.

Lanigan sleeps in his crate and if his human friends are away for longer than an hour he also goes in his kennel with a few toys. With this schedule Lanigan is fully potty trained. He goes out in the morning and after being kenneled and before bed.

Lanigan is working on sitting but at meal time he gets so excited there is lots of prancing and jumping in between sitting. He is also working on down as he likes to jump up on people to get them to play and wonders what is up on the table and cupboards. Lanigan knows his name and with a stern call is very redirectable.

He is playful and social with other dogs and people and would make a great addition to a home ready for fun and and who will continue his training.

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
