This little love bug is so happy to be out of the big scary pound! She has been a very good girl at her foster mom's house. Irene loves to be with her people, whether it's cuddling in your lap, cuddling in bed, or getting those awesome belly rubs that she loves so much!

Irene is a tiny girl, at around 6 pounds. She has a super soft coat and gets complimented on her looks everywhere I take her! They always say "ooooh, she's so pretty!!". It's not all looks here though, she does have a personality to match!

Irene is a pretty quiet pup, but with an exception... She loves to make all sorts of noises for you when you walk in the door! When she gets excited, she squeals and mumbles and does these cute little barks for you, all while hopping around like a little bunny. It's a definite mood lifter after a day of work.

This pup is also very laid back . She has loved everyone she has met so far whether human or animal and has a little kiss for everyone . She would do best in a home with no kids, or older kids because she is so teeny tiny.

Irene would love to find someone she could be with all hours of the day and night! (she even lays at her foster mom's feet while she's getting ready for work in the morning.) She'd love to cuddle and kiss you and make you laugh ! She can't wait to find a home of her own!

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
