Sweet Jade is a 1 1/2 year old red female with a docked tail and cropped ears. She enjoys her food very much and could use a little bit of encouragement to enjoy the finer foods in life (aka veggies). Her foodie habits have brought her weight up slightly more than ideal (she weighs about 11 lbs but could lose a few).

Jade loves other dogs, big or small and loves to play with toys. Her foster home thinks it is quite the hoot watching her. No need for tv with Jade around!

She is great with kids and cats as well. She is very out going and social and thinks movie time is just the best because that means extended lap time!

She has been recently potty trained and is crate trained though those rainy days really are just no fun. Jade is good on a leash and is looking for a fun family to do lots of fun things with.

Jade would do great in any home. Will that family be you??

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
