Description:

I am a girl that can hold her own. :o)

Some may initially think I am prissy but they just don't know me. I know what I want and what I don't want. I want to run around and have fun with my brother and foster brother. I don't want to be bothered by the big old foster dogs and I let them know that. I've done such a good job of that, they don't even come round me anymore. Ha! I told them. My favorite pastimes are playing with my foster brother and being petted by humans. Humans don't mind petting me because I have VERY soft fur and I purr to show my enjoyment.

My idiosyncrasies include a strange fascination with balls in a track. I can't explain it but I just love to watch that ball go round and round. I also like to follow the humans around the house to see what they're up to.

I don't really like to talk about my background and where I come from but I can tell you that although there were humans sometimes, the humans in this house are here a lot more than where I was and I like that. But because of my background I'm a little standoffish at first. One thing I do have is guts though. I like to explore new places (but will check for safe corners first just in case I get overwhelmed).

I'd really like to meet you and your family. I think we'd really hit it off!

It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called "cute" as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification!

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
