Description:

This is Eros and he is coming with his brothers and sisters from a shelter that is full. He is a typical happy puppy that would like a lap and a home to share. If you are looking for a new addition to your home look no further!

UPDATE from Eros' Adoptive family 08/06/12:

We just wanted to let you know how he is doing. Amos loves it here and is having a blast. He had a couple of dietary issues, so we've changed his food and he seems to be thriving now. Boy is he a smart little fellow! Today he was trying to open the door by using his front paws on the door handle. He will end up being a real handful we think. He is quite a loving dog and can also be very playful. He enjoys playing with his toys very much and playing fetch. His favorite activity outside (other than visiting with other dogs) is chewing on sticks or fetching his ball (and then promptly playing keep away). He is growing at a nice pace and still has quite a nose. I think we were all correct in thinking he's got some black and tan in him! We hide his toys sometimes as a game and it sure doesn't take long for him to locate them. He is coming along on his housebreaking and goes to the door when he needs to be let outside, so I suspect we'll have very few "accidents" to deal with in the future. I have included some photos of Amos that I took earlier this week. I hope you enjoy!

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
