Description:

Chibs is a real great pup. He has all those wonderful puppy qaulities and his induvidual personality is starting to really shine through! He has a super sweet disposition and is very calm for a pup his age. He plays well with his foster siblings and even gets to come to the office with his foster mommy. He is meeting all kinds of new people and other dogs this guy is very well socialized. He has taken a liking to the 10 year old child in his foster home and trots along right after her wherever she goes. He is learning crate training and housebreaking and coming along nicely. After a full day of being adorable he likes to cuddle up on the couch and watch some TV. He is sleeping through the night peacefully in his crate.

Chibs is one of a litter of 10 puppies. We are not positive what they are mixed with but mom Mandy is a beautiful Black and Tan Coonhound who is also available for adoption and pictured pictured below.

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
