I’m Mango. I’m adorable and I know it!

I’m around a year old and a fabulous dog. I live with teenagers, but like all kids. I live with dogs of all sizes and LOVE them all, and really need canine frineds in my new home to follw their lead. I also live with a cat but I like to chase her, luckily she is very used to dogs but because of this I would really like a home without those little furballs in in ;)

I’ve already learned so many new words! I know exactly what to do when someone says Sit, shake, high five, kennel, bed and outside!

I like to go on walks and I’m learning from the other dogs in my foster home how to walk properly on leash. They tell me where to turn and why I shouldn’t pull.

I’m very fond of the teenage girl in my foster home. She is very sweet to me and lets me sleep with my head on her lap for hours.

I’m also 100% house trained and crate trained! I sleep in my kennel at night and when my people are gone for the day so I don't get bored and get into trouble.

A friend of my foster mom also works at Adogo in Maple Grove and she has taken me to doggy daycare a few times! (See pics below) I LOVE it there, I have so many friends to play with. I play with everyone so well there and would love it if you brought me to doggy daycare sometimes too!

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
