Meet Mrs. Beasley!

Hi there, the staff at the shelter named me Mrs. Beezley. I was left in the outside pens after hours and found by the staff when they came to work on 12/23/15. I am very sweet and very friendly. I am a happy girl and I love everybody I meet. I am sure to brighten your day no matter what you are going through.

Please spread the word for me so that I can find a new home ASAP.

New Year Update:

This sweet girl will be quite a catch for someone! She is so cute in person and you can really see her individual Pug and Chihuahua traits.

She loves getting attention but will sit quietly and wait for it instead of demand it.

She knows how to sit so someone from her past taught her that!

She has asked to go outside so we believe her to be house trained. She's not a fan of the cold but has not had any accidents in the house. We shoveled a network of paths in the back so she doesn't have to submerge her legs in the snow. She is also crate-trained.

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
